Description
A Restricted Operators Certificate – Aeronautical (ROC-A) is required to operate a transmitter within the aeronautical communications band (118 MHz to 136 MHz). The ability to communicate with other aircraft may be required for some RPAS/drone operations.
This course includes study material to prepare you for the written exam and the actual exam (delivered in person, usually at our training facility or elsewhere as mutually agreed). Upon successful completion of the exam, we will submit the paperwork to Industry Canada (or Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, as they are now called) and they will issue the license.
When you order the course, you will have immediate access to the study material. When you are comfortable with the material, give us a call to schedule the in-person exam at our facilities.
